Booking your Rivive experience is simple. This approach ensures that every one of you receives the dedicated attention you deserve. When contacting us, please share your preferred appointment date and time. Our team will work closely with you to accommodate your schedule or secure your position on our priority waitlist.

When your invitee becomes a member, they receive immediate, high-value benefits, and you are rewarded for your loyalty. What they will enjoy: Priority booking access to bypass waitlists, a complimentary Signature Evaluation (specialist assessment and personalized protocol creation), and a complimentary treatment session added to their package. What you will receive: A complimentary treatment session added to your package. In addition, when our loyalty program launches, you will be rewarded with future benefits, including loyalty points and enhanced membership tier status.

Confirmations All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Unconfirmed slots will be canceled automatically 12 hours before the appointment time and offered to clients on our waitlist. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 12 hours in advance. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Canceling an appointment with less than 12 hours' notice or missing the appointment counts as a late cancellation. Each client receives three grace allowances per membership cycle. After these allowances are exhausted, missed sessions will be deducted from the package. Rescheduling Availability Rescheduled appointments will be assigned to the next available time slot, which may vary depending on the availability of the center.
